Video: Jungle Brown – Keep It Moving

In Hip Hop by James Wijesinghe

Sat somewhere between A Tribe Called Quest and Loyle Carner, Jungle Brown are a hip-hop collective moving forwards while looking back. The trio consists of rappers Ric Flo and MAEAR, along with seasoned producer Tony Bones who also handles hooks from time to time. Their single ‘Keep It Moving’ was previously featured on SB.TV, but now has a revamped video. The track features a smooth sax line from up and coming jazzer Ayo Yung Afrika Pyoneer, bringing a classic sound with a modern flare. The group moved from Bournemouth to London, but the tune is about more than just moving cities, it’s about about progress and change. Jungle Brown’s upcoming album Full Circle includes new sounds and flavours, as the trio keep it moving.

Full Circle drops September 27th 2019, but stream ‘Keep It Moving’ here.
