CyHi The Prynce finally drops his long awaited debut No Dope On Sundays

In Uncategorized by Brian Knockin

Atlanta rapper Cyhi The Prynce is here with his full debut album and it’s everything that we have been waiting for, and more. ‘No Dope On Sundays’ is a journey deep into Cyhi’s life, giving an insight into the man who he truly is! Initially known for his epic verse on So Appalled (with Jay Z, Kanye, RZA and Pusha T), as well as powerful mixtapes and was also featured as a Grammy Award-winning songwriter on Kanye West’s hits ‘New Slaves’, ‘Famous’ and ‘Ultra Light Beam’.

Cyhi starts the album owning his craft with the intro “Amen”, delivering heavy bars as he leads into the title track, which might be the song of the year, depending who you ask! The truth is the album just gets better from there, with the previously released singles ‘Nu Africa’, ‘Moving Around’ featuring a fire collaboration from School Boy Q, and ‘Dat Side’ featuring Kanye West. It’s clear that Cyhi has hits on deck, and many new tracks that you will learn and sing along with time and time again.

Fluid instrumentals fill this album in a way every hip-hop fan can be thankful for. Yet beyond the awesome beats, Cyhi’s lyrics and delivery never fail!
